1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.blockway.io (the “Site”), operated by BlockWay Link Limited (博睿鏈科有限公司) (“Blockway”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site and our services

The Site provides information about Blockway and its products, including the Agens Pilot model, the Argus screen agent, the Claway AI workforce, Nomogram medical AI, the HashAhead public chain, and the AidVengers platform.

Use of any Blockway product or service — including model licences, private deployments and support — is governed by a separate written agreement between you (or your organisation) and Blockway. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for the relevant product or service.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, benchmarks and software — are the property of Blockway or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Blockway”, “Agens”, “Argus”, “Claway”, “HashAhead” and related marks are trademarks of BlockWay Link Limited or its affiliates.

Where a Blockway model or software component is released under an open-source licence (for example, a model released under Apache-2.0), that licence governs your use of that component. All other rights are reserved; in particular, models and weights not expressly released under an open licence are proprietary and are provided only under a commercial agreement.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its infrastructure, or its security.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data.
• Scrape, harvest or misuse content or personal data from the Site.
• Use the Site or our content in a way that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.

5. Information, not advice

Content on the Site — including product descriptions, benchmark figures and technical documentation — is provided for general information. It may be updated or corrected at any time and does not constitute a warranty, an offer, or professional advice. Benchmark results reflect specific test conditions and may not represent performance in your environment.

Information about Nomogram medical AI is directed at healthcare professionals and institutions; it is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as GitHub or partner sites). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
